Avoid! Positive: Location Negative: The wifi wasn’t named correctly and it was on/ off. But the worse was the bathroom smell. Bathroom is located in bedroom, and it stinks like something died inside. Once you open the door, you feel like you want to throw up. Plus, it’s all over the appartment. When I contacted the landlord and asked to swich rooms, he said not possible. He also acted like it’s first time he heard anout it. Check previous reviews, many people mentioned it. I asked for a refund to find a new accomedantion, it took him a while to respond and he offered refund which was not great. He sent someone to have a look, the person was late, and all he did was, he gave a new diffiser on the sink to help the smell. Not helpfull at all. Also, a lots of mould in the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend. Not even if you planning to be around and just to come back to sleep as the smell won’t allow you to sleep. I also saw a review while I was there that previous person saw a cockroach, another reason to keep you awake.

Positive: Great location. Negative: I want to share the worst accommodation experience of my life — this apartment in Monaco. I will start from the beginning. We found the apartment easily and entered without any issues, but we were unable to leave, because the door handle was spinning freely and did not open the door. A neighbor had to help us; he managed to open it somehow and confirmed that the door handle was broken. The toilet is located in the bedroom. The only thing that worked properly there was the shower. The towel holder should not be touched at all, as it simply falls off. There is no ventilation in the toilet, which causes constant humidity, mold, and a very unpleasant smell spreading into the bedroom. The kitchen — if you plan to cook anything, forget it. There was only one small pot, two tablespoons, and not a single teaspoon. There were enough glasses. Half of the oven did not work, or there were no clear instructions on how to turn it on. But other half (smallest) worked. Furniture is another issue. The cabinet under the TV is better not to be opened, because once you do, you then have to figure out how to close it again. Since we only came back to the apartment to sleep, we tried not to let these issues ruin our mood. However, one day we had unexpected “guests” — cockroaches. A cockroach was living under the radiator and later ran into the electrical cabinet. The girls were afraid to sleep. A photo is attached. The apartment management was informed and even suggested exterminating the cockroaches. But honestly — using chemicals while guests ( two kids) are staying there? How exactly are people supposed to sleep after that? The positive thing I can say is that the person we were communicating with — not the owner — genuinely wanted to solve the problems, and I am thankful for that. If it weren’t for the cockroaches, I would have rated the stay as satisfactory for this price.
