Frontière Monaco, Appartement neuf - AM

A good valued, well appointed cozy apartment in quiet Beausoleil. Positive: Excellent Communication from Host. Apt had everything you needed and you got clear instructions emailed on how it all worked. Great shower, and amenities are modern. Fairly quiet area in terms of street noise. Negative: It is on the first floor with only stairs so a bit of a challenge with heavier suitcases on way up.

Positive: Close to Monaco if you need to stay on a French side, e.g. have a car rental only for France. Negative: We were unlucky that some neighbours were listening to loud music and singing past midnight, and other neighbours had a baby crying. Hard to fall asleep when the windows are open. All you see from the windows is a roof between houses and the house next to it. Also, I was not comfortable leaving windows open for a night, as somebody could just walk into the apartment through the windows.

Positive: Innen war alles ok.es war nicht weit weg vom Zentrum. Die Dusche war groß und sauber Negative: Im Gefrierschrank waren Sachen von anderen. Matratze war sehr dreckig. Das Haus von außen ist renovierungsbedürftig.

Appartement bien assez cher, pour pas assez de confort Positive: L’endroit était très calme le soir le lieu était sympa on entendait pas les voisins dans leur appartement Negative: La salle de bain n’est pas accessible pour quatre personnes qui ne se connaissent pas. L’appartement était bien, mais le seul problème il faisait trop chaud à l’intérieur, même avec les ventilateurs.

Positive: La doccia Negative: Scomodo ,quartiere degradato,vista sul tetto del vicino, appartamento assolutamente non adatto per 4 persone ma max 2 persone, foto per prenotare non reali e non va bene questo,non c è tavolo per mangiare e le sedie...appartamento solo per dormire 2 persone max. Sono stato costretto a fare colazione e mangiare fuori sempre.....deluso e dire poco.
