Estancia desastrosa y muy decepcionante Negative: Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento fue pésima y queremos advertir a futuros huéspedes. Al llegar descubrimos que todas las zonas comunes del edificio llevaban más de una semana sin luz: el ascensor estaba inservible, las escaleras completamente a oscuras, el portal y el garaje quedaban abiertos sin ningún tipo de seguridad. El anfitrión nunca nos informó de esta situación antes de la llegada, a pesar de que era perfectamente consciente del problema. Un vecino nos dijo que llevaban así una semana, y que todos los meses, a final de mes cotaban la luz... Esto nos obligó a subir y bajar 6 pisos por unas escaleras a oscuras con maletas pesadas y linternas del móvil, una situación insegura y peligrosa. Tuvimos que dejar parte de nuestras pertenencias en el coche y perder tiempo de nuestras vacaciones yendo y viniendo, incluso cambiándonos en el garaje con linternas porque no era viable subirlo todo. Lo que se anunciaba como un apartamento con ascensor y acceso seguro resultó ser lo contrario: condiciones incómodas, inseguras y muy por debajo de cualquier estándar mínimo de alojamiento. Nuestra estancia fue solo por dos noches. Cuando reclamamos, la respuesta del anfitrión fue insuficiente, lavándose las manos sin asumir su responsabilidad por no habernos avisado y sin ofrecer una solución real... porque sin tener conocimiento previo de dicha situación, no podemos saber o elegir si quedarnos en la estancia o no. Por último se me olvidó mencionar que no tiene Aire Acondicionado, no funciona... había ventiladores pero estaban LLENOS DE SUCIEDAD! No se podía poner ni enchufar ya que era insalubre que soltase toda esa suciedad al aire... En resumen: estancia incómoda, insalubre, insegura y con publicidad engañosa. No lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto.

Perfect appartement voor bezoek aan Monaco Positive: Mooi appartement op de vierde verdieping van een mooi appartementencomplex. Gebouw is goed toegankelijk en keurig onderhouden. Parkeergarage onder het complex met eigen parkeerplaats. Ideaal en ook nodig, want er zijn geen alternatieven in de straat. Appartement is zeer ruim voor 2 personen. Wij waren met twee kinderen die op de slaapbank in de woonkamer sliepen en dat was ook nog wel goed te doen. Keuken prima en van alles voorzien, behalve een oven. Ruim terras met uitzicht op zee. Mobiele airco aanwezig en die hadden we ook echt nodig met 40 graden! Centrum van Monaco is in 10 a 15 minuutjes leuk te bewandelen. Wij gingen terug met de taxi, want het is een hele klim op de terugweg. Zeker bij hete dagen. Overigens zeer veel betaalbare parkeergarages in Monaco, dus met de auto naar het centrum is ook een optie. Geldt ook voor het leuke stadstrandje. Contact met de eigenaar ging vlot. Reageert snel op (SMS)berichten. Vooraf goede beschrijving ontvangen. Negative: Er viel niets tegen. Misschien twee ligbedden op het terras/balkon. Airco maakte best wat geluid, maar dat is standaard bij mobiele airco’s. De slaapbank begint wat slijtage te krijgen. Maar dat zijn eigenlijk slechts details.

The bathroom and corridor lights were flickering, the soap was diluted with water, and the ventilation did not work. The worst part was that I accidentally left behind my expensive electric shaver, a gift from my daughters. I immediately informed the administration and even offered a reward, but they claimed it was never found. Very poor maintenance, neglectful management, and zero responsibility. Sadly, I cannot recommend these apartments-your holiday can be easily ruined.
