Positive: Location is great, it's 10 minutes walk to the Place du Casino, and you can pass there through the picturesque Jardins de la Petite Afrique or Jardin du Casino.The apartment is spacious it has all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. It's a great place if you want to spend time in Monaco, Monte Carlo and not paying huge price for accommodation. Negative: The electric kettle and some cups were not clean.

Great location and a comfortable stay The apartment was spacious enough for four people and had everything we needed. T

Positive: The apartment is lovely, spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable family stay. It is located in a quiet area and very close to the main attractions of Monte-Carlo, with the beach also just about 15 minutes away. Although the apartment is situated uphill above Monte-Carlo, the public lifts and escalators make getting around very easy and convenient, so the location is not tiring at all. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this apartment for a family trip to Monte-Carlo! Negative: The only thing we didn’t like was the smell in the entrance of the building. It was not because of cleanliness, as the area was cleaned, but there was a bit of an unpleasant smell when it wasn’t well ventilated.

Location & Comfort Positive: Location ! Location ! Location! The apartment is within a few minutes to the Monaco border which is exactly what we wanted ! This is the second time booking this apartment. Spacious and comfortable. Matthieu and his team were very communicative and also on top of any issue ! Would recommend this apartment and stay here again! Pricing outside of F1 seems to be very reasonable. we came for F1 so we were prepared to pay the premium but was still not overly priced like some apartments.
