Positive: The apartment fully met all of our expectations. It is located in an excellent position, making it very easy to visit Monte Carlo, Menton, Nice, and other nearby destinations. What truly stands out is the breathtaking view of Monte Carlo. A balcony view like this is very rare to find and made our stay even more special. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, and the building itself is new, modern, and fully digital, which adds to the overall comfort. The underground garage is a big advantage, as finding parking in Monte Carlo can be quite difficult. The city center is within walking distance and can be reached quickly. Monte Carlo itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The only downside, especially for European visitors, is the high cost of living — but that is something you should expect when visiting this destination. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Would recommend for Monaco travelers Positive: Pretty silent place , good for the rest. Comfortable bed and good sofa. Great terrace The restroom had a good full-length mirror Would recommend to change the kitchen knife, and lights at living room with kitchen, too dark. Negative: At the first day there were some problems with water in toilet, but then fixed, guess smth about pump. The hallway light was flickering badly, and the light fixture was broken, so we couldn’t use it at all. But in general very good property close to Monaco

Positive: Free parking, balcony, sea view. Nice neighbors who supported when parked. Negative: No light in the parking (very difficult to park), elevator didn't work (with all staff to climb at 5th floor can be hard). Host said that these are "small inconveniences", but it is for sure huge cons, as host even didn't apologize. Even no salt at the kitchen, no soap in bathroom, cheap used shampoo.
