Positive: Free parking, balcony, sea view.
Nice neighbors who supported when parked.
Negative: No light in the parking (very difficult to park), elevator didn't work (with all staff to climb at 5th floor can be hard). Host said that these are "small inconveniences", but it is for sure huge cons, as host even didn't apologize.
Even no salt at the kitchen, no soap in bathroom, cheap used shampoo.
