Agradable!! Positive: La luminosidad, la terazza y sobretodo que tiene aparcamiento. Negative: Una cortina o persiana para la habitación, pues tenía mucha luminosidad.

Appartement très propre et localisation parfaite. Le parking sous terrain est un vrai plus. Positive: Les informations reçues étaient très claires et ont facilités notre arrivée. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très bien agencé, dans une résidence très calme. Le parking sous terrain est un vrai plus. Negative: la climatisation n'est que dans la chambre à coucher. Il y a une ventilateur rafraichisseur d'air dans le salon

Positive: Die Lage war gut, es war geräumig und hatte alles was Am brauchte. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist eng aber mit einem VW Tiguan klappt es gerade so noch. 😉 Negative: Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.

Great location. Great communication. Great apartment to stay at when visiting Nice. Positive: The apartment was spacious and clean. The balcony was a great space to unwind at the end of the day. The beds were nice. The location was actually fairly walkable to several points of interest. ~20 minute walk to old nice. Short walk to a local boulangerie. short walks to either Matisse or Chagall museums!

Positive: Szép kényelmes nappali. Jól felszerelt. Szép környezetben. Negative: Nagyon jó, hogy van garázs, de iszonyú szűk!
