Hypercentre - 2mn Monaco - New Apt.

perfect clean property in a central convenient location with plentiful amenities and at an affordable price Positive: property was in walking distance of monaco, just a stones throw away from the casino. very good price and had all the amenities you need for your stay. Negative: nothing, everything was good. didn’t affect me but i’d just say wouldn’t be suitable for anyone unable to use stairs

Perfect for the price. Close to everything. Love it!! Positive: Great location. The fact that it has all the necessities for a feel at home apartment is great ( fridge, coffee machine, clothes and dishwasher machines, nice tv , etc…) Negative: The only issue I encountered was the noise from one of the neighbors next door , always screaming to her kids and I could hear all through the walls. Other than that, the apartment is great!

Well located and clean, with an active family as neighbors Positive: About 10 min walk to Casino, very close to all kinds of buses towards Nice airport and towns near by, about 15 min walk to the train station. Very clean and easy to get keys. Instructions were sent in advance. Negative: There is a family with children behind the very thin wall. I am sensitive to noise and hearing tv, screaming of parents and play from 7 pm to 1 am and around 7 am in both rooms made my sleep difficult. If you don't mind the noise this flat is very well located and comfortable. In the building guide the photo of the the entrance door to the flat shows another door, it needs updating. The shower rod is too high and the curtain lets shower water go onto the wooden planks in the bathroom which creates mold in the long run, be aware if you are sensitive to it.
