Die Agentur muss für Sauberkeit und eine vollständige saubere Ausstattung sorgen Positive: Die Lage war wundervoll, der Blick phantastisch. Zum Meer war es sehr ruhig. Negative: Wir waren 3 Wochen in der Wohnung. Das Schlafzimmer in dieser Wohnung ist sehr laut. Der Blick ist wunderschön. Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig; sie scheinen nur mit einem Lappen und Fensterreiniger geputzt worden zu sein, obwohl ein Abzieher nötig wäre. Die Wohnung war nicht sehr sauber. Der Staubsauger war völlig verschmutzt. In der Garage liegen Gegenstände von anderen Menschen herum. In der Küche fehlen viele Utensilien. Ich musste einen Pfannenwender, einen großen Topf und Geschirrtücher bei Carrefour kaufen. Es waren zu wenig Handtücher in der Wohnung und keine richtige Bettdecke. Die Bratpfanne ist kaputt; der Griff fehlt. Es gibt nur einen großen Becher für vier Personen. Die Möbel sind sehr abgewohnt. Nachdem wir eine Woche zuhause waren, stellte die Agentur eine Rechnung wegen einem Rolladen den wir kaputt gemacht haben sollen. Das hat uns ganz schön geärgert weil viele kleine Sachen in der Wohnung sind alt und defekt. Wir hatten die Jalousie niemals zu gemacht. Generell können wir die Wohnung empfehle, die Agentur muss hier aber die Mängel beheben.

Nice View, friendly Host! Positive: Close to the Center, own parking space which is rare in Monaco, Nice view, very spacious. The Host is very friendly and helpful. We got several helpful Informations. Negative: Elevator is very very small and the stairs are very Hot.

Horrible dirty, smelly and without amenities Positive: The view Negative: I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was truly below expectations. The apartment was in unacceptable condition: dirty! Everything was dirty, glasses, floor, furnitures, bedding (with hairs in the bed), broken furniture, smelly and stained headboard, only three old towels for three people, no soap, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, and no paper towels. The sofa was dirty, the bed broken, and overall the place felt neglected and unhygienic. At €300 per night, one expects at least a clean and properly equipped accommodation. Instead, what was offered felt more like camping than a French Riviera flat. A cleaning crew was offered only after I complained, but this does not solve the fact that my holiday time was already compromised. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property until significant improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and hospitality.
