Összességében jó volt, részleteiben hiànyos.
Positive: Megfelelő volt az elhelyezkedése. Közel volt minden. Csendes, normális környezet.
Negative: A sütő piszkos, zsíros volt és a benne lèvő tepsi is. A fürdőben a fuga penészes volt, piszkos a sarkokban. Ágyban a párnák kényelmetlenek, kemények, alvásra alkalmatlanok voltak. A huzat helyenként lyukas volt. Teraszon a rattan bútor már hiányos, töredezett.
