Positive: Месторасположение, инструкция для поиска апартаментов. Кухня с наличием всего, что необходимо.
Negative: Ужасная шумоизоляция. Слышно все, что происходит у соседей сверху и кто ходит по лестнице.
Мне нехватало солнечного света. В апартаментах темно из-за расположения.
