Perfect for a short term stay if you want to visit Monaco or surrounding areas. The property is well secured and safe. T Positive: Great view from the balcony, enough room for 2/3 people. Easy to locate. Had everything we needed. Property is safe and secured. Negative: Door furniture was not secured very well. Door handles were loose on the bathroom door. Unfortunately upon arrival the wooden bed frame under the mattress was clearly broken at the foot of the bed. We managed to make do and fix it for the time being but if it was sat on the slats would fall from under the mattress making it sink. It was clear that it was an issue before our arrival because parts of the slats were sitting in the cupboard next to the bed.

Clean, renovated, and in perfect location Positive: Well renovated and in good location Negative: No lift and with heavy luggage is quite difficult

The host is always available and the property was waiting with the Air Conditioning on at arrival :) Positive: The property is in a very good condition. Good Air Conditioning is a must in such a location, that worked properly. Really nice view from the terrace.

It was a clean, quiet and lovely stay for me Positive: Very convenient to located and a few steps to Monte Carlo. Bedroom win now had an electric blinding which worked perfectly well to block out start lights at night affording me very quiet sleep.
