Positive: Perfekter Blick auf das Meer, wunderschöne Aussicht. Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge nach Monaco, Menton, Eze oder mehr. Wunderbaren Dachterrass, Weg zum Strand über die Trepoen bedürfen bißchen Kondition. Sehr komfortabel mit eigenem Parkplatz. Negative: Wohnung nicht mehr ganz neu, aber alles noch gut beieinander und die Lage spricht für sich.

Stay away and don’t waste your money ! Positive: Nothing…..The apartment is very dated and in poor condition for the rate being charged….the photos on the website are nothing like the reality….the patio is a disgrace ! Negative: You can only check-in after 5pm….so it could be cleaned, absolute joke…there was vomit under the bed ! Guessing the place never gets a proper clean….false reviews !

Positive: Huge and nice terrace. Private parking spot. Bbq area. Negative: Small items like salt, olive oil and others were not in. I know that it is not mandatory, but it will rise comfortable stay
