Positive: Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec le Palais des Festivals, le confort, la modernité ainsi que le calme du logement. En déplacement professionnel nous avons apprécié d'avour chacun une chambre et une salle de bain. Les petits plus : la machine à espresso et les produits douche en salle de bain. Negative: Rien

Location location Positive: Ideal Location Negative: Very noisy at night due the bars in the area. At our arrival the floor was dirty including the bathroom. Open bottles and food remains were still in the fridge. The kitchen was poorly equipped. This flat needs a renovation!

Horrible Negative: Once we checked in, we noticed how dirty and unkempt the whole apartment was. There were brown stains in the rug in one of the rooms, sofa bed mattress (where my kids would be sleeping) was deeply stained with some red/ burgundy liquid and the sofa itself was stained and dirty in multiple places. The sofa bed itself was bent down in an awkward way and not usable. A very used stained disgusting towel was left in one of the bathrooms for us to use. The apartment had a weird brown liquid in multiple corners of the rooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were not properly cleaned. I have traveled many summers and stayed in over 15 apartments, this was by far the worst we ever saw. We left immediately and found another accommodation that was much cleaner. The host, who manages several properties and never steps foot in the property to check the status, said he would sent someone the next day to clean, but that wasn’t an option since the sofa and carpets are not cleanable. Totally unacceptable. Their excuse was that it’s summer and they are busy. I would never ever stay or recommend this place. There is not enough space to post all the pics I have.
