Negative: Never again! The entire time, there was a terrible smell of sewage coming from the shower. The apartment was supposed to be equipped with a dishwasher, but unfortunately there wasn’t one. Instead, there was just a single dish towel. The oven listed in the description was also missing. The kitchen was so poorly equipped that cooking was hardly possible. There wasn’t even a bowl to make something as simple as a salad. But by far the worst thing was the unbearable heat in the apartment. There were no mosquito screens on the windows, so trying to get some fresh air in the evening or at night resulted in a constant mosquito problem. Sleeping with the windows open was also almost impossible because of the noise, with motorcycles constantly speeding past outside. There was only one fan for two rooms. I repeatedly asked the landlord/property manager to at least provide a second fan, but nothing was done. All I received were excuses and promises that it would be taken care of. We have stayed in Beausoleil several times during the summer and have always had good experiences with other apartments. Unfortunately, this apartment is absolutely not recommended!

Razonable calidad/precio Positive: La ubicacion, las explicaciones para check in y check out y otra informacion sobre la zona y qué hacer. Negative: No tenía aire acodicionado. La vajilla estaba algo sucia.

La peggiore struttura mai vista in vita mia Positive: NIENTE Pessima la struttura è pessimo il gestore Negative: TUTTO, è stata in assoluto la peggiore struttura dove ho messo piede in vita mia, purtroppo non c’erano le condizioni per restare. Già dall’ingresso della casa te ne puoi accorgere (vedi foto) 1) Quando ho prenotato, non era chiaramente evidenziato che non c’era l’aria condizionata e siamo arrivati ed ho avuto una pessima sorpresa. Ho contattato il proprietario che si è limitato a rispondermi che c’era un ventilatore. Noi però eravamo in quattro in due ambienti separati con un solo ventilatore tutto impolverato (vedi foto) quando l’abbiamo acceso l’aria si è riempita di polvere e mio figlio allergico ha iniziato a star male. 2) La casa era sporca e lui non si è reso disponibile per venire a pulire né a portarci un altro ventilatore. 3) notate bene che su Booking non ci sono foto del bagno perché è come se non ci fosse, c’è un lavandino in camera ed era senza sapone, lo abbiamo scritto al proprietario che ci ha risposto che quando volevamo le mani, potevamo andare a prendere il sapone nel dispenser della doccia 4) sempre nella camera da letto ci sono due piccole nicchie una con il wc dell’altra con la doccia mai viste così piccole sembrava di essere murati (vedi foto) 5) il letto matrimoniale aveva lenzuola che non erano di cotone ma di un tessuto sintetico che sembrava fatto con il petrolio 6) non ci aveva lasciato neanche kit asciugamani per quattro persone, una vera indecenza 7) gli abbiamo subito comunicato che volevamo andare via e volevamo ricevere il rimborso di 598 € che avevamo pagato, ma lui non si è reso disponibile a farlo 8) ci ha solo chiesto di cancellare la prenotazione proprio per impedirci di fare questa recensione che potrà essere utili a tanti altri ospiti per stare lontano da questa struttura Abbiamo dovuto prenotare, spendendo altri soldi e ci sentiamo veramente truffati 9) speriamo che Booking accetti il nostro reclamo e possa fare qualcosa

Ideal Monaco location and perfect for commuting to/from the airport and the rest of the Riviera. Positive: Absolutely perfect location for the F1 weekend - walking distance to everywhere, super close to the train station and two elevators to get up to the road where the apartment is located. The washing machine was a nice surprise! One of the cleaning team came whilst we were there to remedy something - could not have been kinder, friendlier or more accommodating! We will stay again! Negative: It’s a very small bathroom….but it’s Monaco! There are no huge apartments!

Positive: The location was very good and the apartment was very clean. Negative: The apartment does not have an AC and an extra fan, since I went in summer they were very much needed. The apartment building did not have a lift but it was not a deal breaker for me.
