Positive: Appartement agréable sobre et à la fois vivant Negative: Problème p descendre au garage, même si prévenue avant via les commentaires. Mais cela n'est pas en lien direct avec le logement car cet accès est celui de tous les logements. Donc ne met pas en cause la qualité du reste

Well presented apartment but very high up and certainly gets you fit Positive: The apartment was well presented. The security to get into the block/ apartment was also excellent. It was clean and well laid out. The balcony gives extra space and views to the east. We were staying for a month and soon found it felt like home. The walk up to the apartment is steep and certainly gets you fit unless you have a car. The agent you contact with any problems that may occur at the property are brilliant. They reply instantly and sort it out instantly. Couldn't ask for anything more from them. Would recommend this apartment if you're not frightened of the uphill walk or steps..... Negative: The apartment would benefit from the trees overlooking the balcony being lopped, to let in more light. The apartment is east facing and does not get any direct sunlight, so can be a little dark. The bed was also very hard and the pillows dreadful and both could do with being replaced. It states Streaming service on the TV but it is not in the property, apparently when I questioned it, it was suggested I could use my own netflix account( I don't have such account) Also for an apartment for international guests, the TV only shows french channels ( no English speaking at all). Perhaps this should be looked at for the future. The location is high up and certainly gets you very fit walking up to the apartment.

Correcto calidad precio. Positive: Está cerca para visitar Mónaco . A través de las escaleras y pasadizos en 15 min estás en el centro. Negative: Un poco de olor a cloacas.Alguna toalla más no iría mal.
