Positive: Great location, and great room!

An overpriced and relentlessly unwelcoming place to avoid at all costs. Positive: Just three things, I suppose: the location, a working air conditioner in the living room (there isn't one in the bedroom, obviously), and the sheer generosity of allowing us to check in at 2 PM instead of 4 PM. Negative: The check-in time is 4pm(!), and my initial request for an earlier check-in was flat-out rejected. They did, however, graciously offer to store our luggage at their office - for a mere €7 per bag! On top of that, you have to trek to a different location just to pick up the keys. It’s not far, but wandering around with suitcases is exactly what you want to do after a trip. There is no lift. Instead, you get to haul heavy suitcases up a narrow spiral staircase to the third floor. Even if you're in great physical shape, it's a miserable workout. Did the hosts offer any help? Of course not. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable and uneven, and the bed itself was barely wide enough for one and a half people, let alone two. The apartment came entirely devoid of cups - we had to march back to the office to ask for a couple. The photos posted here are a masterclass in Photoshop. Instead of the bright, fresh space advertised, you walk into a dreary, gloomy cave. The "view" is practically non-existent: one window stares directly at a wall, while the other features a massive outdoor AC unit inexplicably blocking half your line of sight. The bathroom features a sink roughly the size of a human palm. There are barely any power outlets in the living room. I had to unplug the TV just to charge my laptop. When I asked for a simple extension cord, the hosts swiftly denied the request. Cleaning is apparently not included - they demanded an extra €35 if we actually wanted the place cleaned. The day before leaving, I asked for a measly 30-minute extension on check-out (1130 instead of 1100). Denied, naturally. As a parting gift, the hosts sent an email ordering to take out the trash, wash the dishes, and return the keys, threatening a €30 fine if we failed to "follow instructions." This easily takes the crown for the unfriendliest experience I’ve ever had across all my travelling. It is extremely overpriced at nearly €200 a night.

Positive: Квартира бы в хорошем месте расположена, плохо что нет лифта в доме . Мы приехали на отдых вдвоем и у нас были одни ключи на двоих , приходилось все время спускаться в низ чтобы впустить в здание с вою подругу . Могли бы поставить в таких случаях домофон, это очень удобно. Фото на сайте сильно много фотошопа , не соответствует действительности. Маленький совмещенный туалет с душам был очень маленьким. Посуда не красивая разные стаканы , был один бокал для шампанского. Вообщем посуда старая . За 5 дней прибывания , я считаю цена слишком завышенная . Еще были грязные окна , все в помете птичьем . В стиральной машине нашли женские трусы грязные , носки чужие в шкафу. Фото не делали к сожалению, а надо было . Не хотели себе портить отдых .

Excellent Positive: The apartment was clean and easy to access. Location was good enough (10 minutes walk to casino). Wifi and air conditioning was exceptional. Would definitely choose for the next visit. Negative: There was no elevator. Not much stairs but it was a bit hard to climb with luggages.

A quiet, clean, comfortable apartment which was much needed after busy days at the Fund Forum. Positive: The apartment was brilliantly located, only 5 minutes from casino Square and a very easy walk to the Grimaldi Forum using the lifts/escalator. It was very quiet, clean, comfortable and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. There is even a very convenient grocery store opposite! Negative: If I could have stayed longer!
